Spectral type M7. Age ∼2 Myr (L ∼ 0.02 LSol). The object is modelled as a brown dwarf experiencing quasi-spherical mass loss. A further hypothesis for explaining the mass loss and its increasing rates considers tidal interactions between the host brown dwarf and a planetary companion.
