Liu et al. (2018) : J=16.7, spectral type = L7 -/+1. For an age = 12-4/+8 My, the temperature = 1160 (-40/+30) K, the radius = 1.53 (-0.03/+0.02) RJ and the mass = 6.5 (-1.0/+1.3) MJ. For an age = 10-100 My, the temperature is 1210 (-50,+40) K, the radius is 1.40 (-0.4+0.06) RJ and the mass = 12-/+3 MJ. PSO J318.5−22 is the first free-floating object with the colors, magnitudes, spectrum, luminosity, and mass that overlap the young dusty planets around HR 8799 and 2MASS J1207−39.
