The brown dwarf lies 44.67 arcseconds away from the host star (2247 AUs at 50.3 pc) and is itself binary with separation of about 7.4 AUs (spT L1.0 ± 0.5 and T3 ± 1). Deacon et al. (2014) inferred a total mass of 0.16 MSol for the subsystem but Braig et al. (2024) derive a mass for the primary component that is lower than 0.08 MSol (assuming an equal-mass binary), hence the total mass has to be calculated again. However the mass of secondary component is unknown to date.
