HD 18757 has a visual companion star (KUI 11 B) 55.71 arcseconds away but TESS seems to discard a physical association. Hirsch et al. (2021) report a distinct companion labelled as "C", an M dwarf at very large separation (a = 6212.78 ± 4.51 AUs), plus a closer substellar companion labelled as "D".
