Orbits of HD 105811 Ab and companion star HD 105811 B appear misaligned but concerns about orbital stability are raised by discoverers themselves (Feng et al. 2022).

Feng et al. (2022): HD 105811 forms a close-in binary system with an M dwarf star just 4.57 AUs away, whose separation and high eccentricity (e = 0.608) disrupt the Habitable Zone in addition to the evolution itself of the host star out of the Main Sequence.
