Another solution for the orbital inclination is 146 ± 4 deg. (Philipot et al. 2023). It is the only planet detected by Philipot et al. (2023) as "HIP 10337 b" ("BD-21° 397 c" in Frensch et al. 2023), who provide no evidence for the inner planet "BD-21° 397 b" reported by Frensch et al. (2023) whose orbital stability would be doubtful.
